The purpose of this area is to be used for training, inventory availbility and reminder of how to do. In this tool, you can provide instructions and detailed notes related to the product. Every part you see comes from the inventory so availbility is displayed for quick reference and where to find the part. Having an area like this, you don't have to create "how to" documenmts and find a place to keep them. All users have access to this information for when they are ready to perform a task.
In the required column, shows the number of items required to assemble or replace the component.
The RFP columns are for the user to request parts if there is not enough in stock to do the job. If a person already requested parts, the requested quantity will display next to the RFP button. |
